3. Will I see a proof of my design before my order is completed?
You will receive an order confirmation after your order is placed. If your order is for screen printing, a final art proof will be emailed to you for your approval. If your order is for embroidered garments, a high-resolution photograph of the embroidered logo will be emailed to you. If a physical sewout of the embroidered logo is required, one will be provided at no additional charge.
4. My company or organization has tax-exempt status or my order is for resale. How do I convey this to you?
If your company or organization is located in NY State, but is excluded from sales tax, please write your tax identification number in the comments section when placing your order.
5.1 am interested in specialty printing or embroidery; i-e. printing with foil, caviar beads, metallic inks or 3D embroidery. Are these services that you offer?

6. What are your preferred file types for artwork submission?
Adobe Illustrator is our most preferred design type. Photoshop is acceptable too. JPEGs may require additional artwork preparation fees.
7. When will I receive my order?
All orders are completed within one week of artwork approval. You may choose to expedite the shipping method of your order at checkout.
