The emailed sewout that you will receive for every new embroidery order will show a magnified photograph of your embroidered logo. If you wish to see a physical sample of your embroidered logo, one will be provided free of charge. Additionally, 95% of all orders are completed and shipped within three days of proof approval. If you receive your order and the garments are defective, the customization is significantly different from the supplied proofs, or the order is late, we will accept a return of the order, within two weeks, and we will provide you with a 100% refund of your money.
